To D&C or not to D&C

Ultrasound results just in: nature is as nature does. Looks like our June bug has made a graceful exit from this world and into the next on her own terms (I am convinced it was a girl) and I won't need surgery. 

I am glad for that small miracle, but can't help to shed tears over the official end of this pregnancy. 

Goodbye my sweet June bug. Your absence is deafening and the promise of you is greatly missed. Mommy loves you, infinity very muches.
